Join at no cost and connect to other practitioners. Members of the Paladin Discussion Group receive free cutting-edge trial practice tips and stratagems from CCJA. Members can chose to share information provided by other members e-mails or receive only CCJA information.
For those who are interested in contributing or who have criminal practice questions, the Paladin Discussion Group can also be gathering place for conversation, discussion, and debate on the subject of pretrial and courtroom skills. The group facilitates private exchanges of information about expert witnesses, new cases, data re developing area of practice, personal views, ideas, useful tips, tactics, and strategy to enhance our mutual abilities to prepare, present and persuade. Paladin members are free to engage dicey issues of pretrial and trial criminal practice and policy. The goal is to serve as a "paladins" in promoting and sharing the traditional values that safeguard the fundamental freedom of ordered liberty enjoyed by the inhabitants of our great country.
